 supporting individuals and groups

Individual session (adults)

Through personal or professional change, one may encounter challenges related directly or indirectly to work, lack of work, or to relationships with others. This can sometimes feel too complex or overwhelming to face alone. In such moments, you will find me by your side, offering a space of attentive listening and support, where to progress at your own pace.

Through dialogue, we explore what is unfolding for you and within your situation, put into words your lived experience and emotional reality, in order to support your unique personal process.

Together, we build a relationship of trust to help ease suffering, prevent burnout, navigate conflict, and (re)find or strengthen your emotional and relational balance.

Individual consultation are held at Centre Equilibre, 29 quai Claude Bernard in Grenoble.

Supporting professionals and groups in work organizations

Employer (public or private), you may be implementing workplace health prevention initiatives and wish to support your employees and/or managers: prevention of psychosocial risks - degraded work situations, tensions or conflicts - support change management and team cohesion.

As Work and Organizational Psychologist, I support teams and leaders in sensitive and transformative contexts. My practice is grounded in the analysis of real work activity and in the creation of dialogue spaces that foster collective regulation, reflective distance, and the development of individual and collective resources.

I collaborate with a network of occupational clinical psychologists (Lyon, Chartreuse, Grenoble) to develop sustainable interventions that contribute to meaningful and living work:

  • Individual psychological support: confidential listening and support spaces for professionals, funded by the employer
  • Professional practice analysis groups (APP)
  • Work discussion spaces (EDT)
  • Tailor-made workplace mental health and prevention interventions

Clinical Occupational Psychologist

● I am a Psychologist, holding degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology (Université Lyon 2), Social Psychology (Université de Lorraine), trained in Intercultural Management (ICHEC, Brussels), and in Power, Support and Influence Relationships (Willy Chamming’s School, “Ethics & Ecology of Human Relations” );

● For nearly twenty years, I led human resources transformation projects in France and internationally, supporting professional and managerial development and innovation in working relationships;

● My clinical approach is notably grounded in the psychodynamics of work (Christophe Dejours), and in the understanding of work as a central component of mental health and human development;

● I am also influenced by my professional artistic practices, as well as by over thirty years of personal engagement in psychoanalytic and Gestalt therapy;

● My professional commitment is guided by strong values: social inclusion, intercultural sensitivity (bilingual in French and English), welcoming and affirming diversity, including 🌈LGBTQIA+, and contributing to the prevention of violence against women. With a acute concern to power dynamics and situations of vulnerability in order to offer a respectful space that honors each person’s singularity.

Within a clinical framework, I support you according to your needs and situation, ranging from non-directive listening to more solution-oriented tools.
